Gwernllwyn Care Home regularly provide respite care for people in varying circumstances.

Respite care is a temporary arrangement for numerous care types, residential care and types of dementia care. It is ideal for when the regular caregiver needs a break, or you need support on a short-term basis.

We understand that the personal touches make all the difference. We take the time to get to know your loved one so we can be sure that their stay gets off to a great start, we want them to feel comfortable and safe.

Each respite client has a personal care plan that takes into account their support needs, interests, likes and dislikes, and daily routines.

Every respite resident has their own bedroom that they can make their own, to help create a familiar environment. Friends and family are welcome to visit at any time or arrange special outings with them.
